Spa Cerro, a San Luis Obispo spa resort, provides a full range of massage treatments and options including facials, scrubs, and wraps. Whether in our chic single treatment rooms, our luxurious couple’s treatment room with foot baths, or our wet treatment rooms with Chromotherapy cascade water treatments & foot baths, state-of-the-art facilities curate the ultimate experience. Après-spa, the San Luis Obispo sunshine beckons for post-treatment relaxation on our Spa Relaxation Terrace for a reviving tea or glass of bubbly.

ONLINE BOOKINGS
If you booked online, we will call you to review details of the appointment(s) and to secure credit card information to hold the appointments. If we do not hear back from you with the proper information the appointments will be cancelled.
SPA HOURS
Our hours of operation are 9:30am-7pm, 7 days a week.
SPA ARRIVAL
We invite you to join us at Spa Cerro 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are scheduled for a 9:30am appointment, our Spa Front Desk Agents will be happy to greet you for check in at 9am.
SPA FACILITIES
All spa treatments include access to our Relaxation Quiet Room, locker rooms, and our Spa Relaxation Terrace. Spa Cerro features a steam room in both his and hers locker rooms. Lockers, spa robes and sandals will be provided upon your arrival.
Spa guests may access the Hotel Rooftop Pool for an additional fee of $25 per person Monday-Friday, and $45 per person on Saturday & Sunday. The Scents of the Season specials include pool access.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To maintain the peacefulness of the spa and as a courtesy to other guests, we kindly request you leave your cell phones and other electronic devices behind.
If you choose, undergarments or a bathing suit may be worn during treatments. However, all Spa Therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort and privacy.
SERVICE CHARGE
For your convenience, a 20% service charge has been included in the listed price of the treatments. This service charge is dispersed to the spa staff members who served you during your visit. Sales tax is applicable to all service charges.
If a spa special, the service charge will be based on the original price of the service.
PARKING
Complementary valet parking is offered 7 days a week, subject to availability and black out days. The entrance to the hotel garage is on Marsh Street.
There is free non-metered parking starting south of Pacific Street, metered parking on Broad Street, and public parking on Marsh Street.
The main entrance of the Spa is located at 1120 Broad Street.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to change or cancel your appointment we require 24-hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at full treatment price. A late arrival will reduce your scheduled treatment time.
